Vale snatch draw at the deathReferee Brendan Malone was at the centre of late controversy as his decision to award Port Vale a 93rd-minute penalty helped earn the visitors a 2-2 Sky Bet League One draw at Swindon.Malone allowed a corner to be taken in the build-up to the goal despite Swindon full-back Brandon Ormonde-Ottewill requiring treatment after clearing the ball to hand Vale the set-piece.The official then bemused the home players by pointing to the spot for a handball by Jordan Turnbull from the controversial set piece and Sam Foley stepped up to slot home the spot-kick and earn Vale a point.Earlier, Fabien Robert opened the scoring before Uche Ikpeazu equalised for Vale to leave the teams locked at 1-1 at the break.Anton Rodgers added the second midway through the second period to seemingly leave Swindon destined for their second home win in as many league matches before Foley struck from the spot
