David Reeves is Alan Reeves twin brother, and has been released by Chesterfield, but the loan may not happen as David Reeves has been playing for Northern Ireland side Ards, so this would become an international transfer which is not allowed until the transfer window opens back up.
Andy King said: "There are some transfer windows and regulations that don't normally affect us. The case with David Reeves is that he has been to Northern Ireland and that makes it an International transfer,
"David Reeves has a lot of Football League experience; he was available and is on a non-contract basis so I took the chance. I am not sure now if we can do it with the various transfer conditions so we will have to wait and see."
