Reeves was taken off after 85 mins on a stretcher after going in for a tackle.
After the game Reeves was taken up to the Great Western Hospital and X-Rayed which confirmed he broke the tibia in his leg.
He will be out of action for the rest of the year, and that could well have been his last ever game for Swindon if he doesn't fully recover.
