Ifil has been on loan at Swindon twice already - earlier this season, and also for part of last season, but Watford turned down a £25,000 offer for Ifil to join Swindon saying they wouldn't be forced into selling him.
Andy King is still keen to sign Ifil on loan for a third spell if possible.
