Henderson has scored 5 goals in the 6 games he's played for Swindon on loan from Gillingham, but Bristol City and Doncaster Rovers have also both been linked with the striker.
Bob Holt said: "I can confirm that the two clubs involved have reached an appropriate agreement."
It's thought that Swindon have put in a bid around £50,000 for the player after already having had their first two bids rejected.
