23 year old Fallon joined Swindon from Barnsley back in November 2003, and has only become a first team member every single game this season after Sam Parkin left in the summer.
So far this season Fallon has scored 14 goals in 28 games, his last goal in his last game for Swindon in Saturday's 4-2 home win over Bournemouth.
Fallon would have been out of contract at the end of the season, and would have been able to leave on a free transfer as he had already said he wouldn't sign a new deal, so it's better for Swindon that he has left now and they have got a fee for him.
